1. **Return and Exchange Policy**

   - As a personalized product, our physical dolls do not offer a no-reason return and exchange service. Please clearly explain this to customers at the time of sale.

2. **Receipt and Inspection**

   - Customers should inspect the product immediately upon receipt. Once the product has been used, we will not be able to provide a return service.

   The following situations are considered quality issues:

   - Frame breakage that prevents normal use.

   - The product requires a second heat melting treatment.

 

4. **Quality Issue Solutions**

   - Compensation plan: Provide a new doll of the same model as compensation.

 

5. **Non-Quality Issue Explanations**

   1. Odor issues:

      - TPE materials may have a slight plastic odor, which is normal. If you are sensitive to odors, we can provide samples for testing, with shipping costs at your expense.

   2. Design issues:

      - The rationality of product design is not a reason for return.

   3. Damage due to excessive use:

      - Damage caused by improper use is not considered a quality issue.

   4. Staining issues:

      - TPE and silicone materials are prone to staining, not a quality issue. If staining occurs, we offer free decolorizing cream, with shipping costs at your expense.

   5. Midway returns:

      - For personal reasons for returning midway, compensation for shipping and related cost losses is required.

   6. Mold line issues:

      - Mold lines are produced by the manufacturing process and are not considered quality issues.

   7. Transportation damage:

      - Damages that occur during transportation should be negotiated with the logistics company for compensation.

 

6. **Disclaimer**

   1. Minors' use:

      - The use of this product by minors is strictly prohibited.

   2. Product storage:

      - Please store the product properly to prevent children from accessing it.
